I am comfortable with myself and who I am and want to live life actively instead of passively. I prefer to meet everyone as a potential friend without thought for anything else to avoid the 'awkward' first meeting. To say 'friends first' is almost a contradiction. If the plan is to be more than friends, then you are already more than friends. I believe it is natural, at least for me, to spend this life with a partner, but it is also important for me to meet friends close enough to see and do things with regularly.
Looking to surround myself with those that are who are confident & secure with a positive outlook in life. While I usually know what I want sometimes it's nice to enjoy the ride while another drives the bus. I am looking to get out & meet some new people & have new experiences & adventures, Should that lead to a special relationship, I am ready.
Where & when it all begins is friendship. You can never have too many friends
